 Director of Information Services
Phil Ashley has been with the organization since 1995.  As Director of the Information Services Department he oversees those staff members who maintain the computing infrastructure within the Hillsborough County Tax Collector's office. This includes all desktop computers, servers, telephone systems, and telecommunication links. A variety of applications are also supported including those developed in-house, from other state agencies, and from third party vendors.

The Department also assists with strategic planning within the organization to identify and implement those technologies that serve the public and increase efficiency in a cost effective manner.
